Authenticity

As I began to love myself I found that anguish and emotional suffering are only warning signs that I was living against my own truth. Today, I know, this is “AUTHENTICITY”.

Everyone lies about their lives. Not intentionally necessarily but little lies to ourselves and others add up. What would happen if you shared your truth? The one thing that defines you, makes everything else about you fall into place?

Perhaps nothing. Or maybe telling that story would change your life or the life of someone you’ve never met.

That’s what we want to find out.

  • This may be private to start but the goal will be to share it
  • Are there steps that need to be taken to live your truth?

Daily Task List

Check-in With Yourself To See if You Feel Balanced

If you feel pulled in any one direction and uneasy about it, these steps may help you get your life aligned:

1. Follow a Diet (Healthy Eating Habits)

Each day we will offer suggestions and recipes that can be modified to satisfy most dietary restrictions.

2. Daily Movement (30-60 minutes a day)

Healthy movement both indoors and outside to alter your mental and physical state.

3. Practice an Outlet For Stress

Everyone’s outlet for stress may vary. Some examples are: hiking, fishing, biking, cooking, meditation, yoga, dancing, playing sports, playing or listening to music, writing, reading, art, you get the idea!

4. Prioritize Healthy Sleep Patterns

Track your sleep patterns to see how you feel each day. This will help you to find the right amount of sleep needed for you to achieve homeostasis.

5. Minimize or Avoid Processed Foods and Sugar

To obtain optimum focus and stamina needed to stay the course, your best chance for success is to remove the toxins that slow you down or contribute to illness.

6. Drink a Healthy Amount Of Water Each Day

Start with water first before your coffee or other drinks. This sets your system up for success and hydrates your cells. flushes excess toxins, and can boost your metabolism.

7. Write a Daily Accountability Post With Picture

Most people fail because they don’t have someone(s) to hold them accountable. By asking your network to support your decision to do challenging things and make difficult changes you will be more likely to succeed.

8. Focus On Your Intentions and Goals

Each day we will be presented with a new topic challenge for you to consider, assess, and practice.

9. Influence For Good

There’s no such thing as a kind gesture that is too small or insignificant. Lending a helping hand and doing something nice for a friend, family member, or neighbor can have a lasting positive impact on all involved.
