The Goal/Test is to see if you can mentally and physically achieve your interpretation of the perfect combo of Work/Life Balance.
The first 30 days is a lot of personal internal and external work- Diving in and trying to decide what it is you want to achieve.
The next 30 days are putting those goals into practice. Measuring the pros and cons deciding if the changes make you happy.
The last 30 days is adopting those new actions as habits and behavioral changes that you can do without having to force yourself to do them.
If you are an expert in behavioral changes or offer a service or training on such we would love to interview you on the topic.
