Prepping For The 90-Day Balance Challenge

Today I met with Jake, who will be joining our team as one of the 90-Day Balance Challenge Coaches.

Over the next 90-Days, I will be posting my daily blog and transformation. My goal is to increase core strength, balance (my left side is significantly weaker than my right side) reduce body fat percentage, and add lean muscle mass. Also, I don’t naturally have a round 🍑 and I want one!

I will be sharing my diet regime, dancing routines (preparing to compete in a swing dance competition in August), hiking trips, and everything else that contributes to my goal of Finding Balance!
